  • Do you have a warranty?

    Yukon Tracks offers a 30 day warranty on Factory defects only – proof of purchase is required

    Exchanges for size or color are also accepted 15 days of order date – proof of purchase is required.

    Yukon Tracks will issue the credit back to your card minus the shipping and a new order will need to be placed.

    Customer is responsible for all shipping cost of return, unless error was that of the shipper.

  • What are the measurements for your hat sizes?

  • Can I get a replacement clip for my hat?

    Yes, we do offer replacement clips. The part number is 48005 and they can purchased by contacting our Customer Service at 800-345-6007.
  • How should I clean my Yukon Hat?

    To care for your Yukon Hat, we suggest dry cleaning it. You can also wipe it down with a damp cloth or spray it with an air freshener like Febreeze, and let it air dry.
  • I ordered my part Thursday morning, two day air and its now Monday, why haven't I received my part?

    While most of the time we get to the orders as soon as they come in, we still have to allow one day for processing the part here at Yukon Tracks. This generally means that the order will be processed by UPS the following day. Two day shipping means two business days, which excludes weekends and other events that can occur. Please check out UPS for more information.
